Operations is as much about what you carry out as who you shoot, so let's talk loot ESP.
The loot options listed on the product page:

Price
Minimum price filter
Player corpses
AI corpses
Computers
The one that makes the biggest difference is the minimum price filter. Without it you get everything drawn on screen and it is mostly noise. Set a floor and you only see stuff worth your time.
Combine that with the combat mode hide entities option in misc. You can hide players, AI, items, dead containers or computers while you are fighting, and you choose which ones. So you can leave loot visible while moving around and strip it back when a fight starts.
If you also use the player ESP gear info (helmet, armor, chest bag names and levels), you can read both the ground and the people nearby.
