How we help

  1. Status before you load

    • Check the Status page. RED means do not load. Wait until the label says GREEN.
    • A game or anti-cheat patch can make the previous file the wrong one. The label is the current build state, not a promise it stays GREEN.

  2. Loader and menu issues

    • Work through the troubleshooting guide before you open a ticket. The listed systems are Windows 10 and 11.
    • If the label is RED, wait. If it is GREEN and one clean retry still fails, write in with your order id.

  3. Delivery and refunds

    • A missing delivery, and a long RED window, are covered on the Refunds page. Include your order id when you write in.

  4. What we can and cannot help with

    • Supported: Deltaforce Cheats on Windows 10 and 11 with cloud DMA for full functionality, plus loader and delivery help for a paid license.
    • Not supported: other games, or copies of the loader from somewhere else.

The menu opened once, then stopped?

Where is my delivery?

Delivery is digital after checkout. Use the loader link from that order. A copy from anywhere else is not supported.
