We keep getting the same question in tickets, so here is a pinned checklist. Do this before you buy, it takes about five minutes and saves a lot of annoyance.
What the product page lists right now:
Windows 10 or 11
Intel or AMD
HVCI on
Core Isolation on
TPM on
Secure Boot on
Cloud DMA required for full functionality
stable internet, and you get loader access after purchase
How to check each one:
Windows version: Win+R, type winver, hit enter.
Core isolation and memory integrity: Windows Security, Device security, Core isolation.
TPM: Win+R, type tpm.msc. It should say a TPM is ready to use.
Secure Boot: Win+R, type msinfo32 and look for Secure Boot State.
If something is off you will probably need to change it in your BIOS or UEFI, and every motherboard menu is different, so check your board maker's guide for the exact steps. Requirements can change with updates, so the product page is always the source of truth.
For the Cloud DMA part, if you are not sure what it means for your setup, ask before buying. Totally fine to ask here or open a ticket.
What did you run into when you checked? Drop your Windows version and which setting gave you trouble and we will help where we can.
